I found the facilities great and the hotel looked fantastic. The rooftop pool was really cool, a big plus! The staff members were really helpful and friendly. Their service stood out to me. It was comforting to know I could rely on them for any assistance.
The shower water pressure was very poor in my room.

heated swimming poolpanoramic viewclean room
i really liked the rooftop heated swimming pool. it. the bar on the 15th floor had great panoramic views from the floor to ceiling windows. my room, an art room plus king, was spacious and super tidy.
i found the minibar's pressure plates a little inconvenient because anything removed would be charged.

excellent locationrepeated questions
the location was excellent with easy access to nearby attractions. the room was tidy. the rooftop swimming pool offered great views.
the room was not properly cleaned upon arrival. staff repeatedly asked for my name and room number. i found that to be uncomfortable. there was a lack of control of who is in the pool.
